At Cover Genius, our Customer team ensures that claims are processed and maintained correctly to provide a seamless transaction for our customers including ongoing auditing and quality control.
What we do
First class customer service
We coordinate and support initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims.
Regional liaison
We act as a regional liaison between the claims organization, claimants and policyholders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.
Quality assurance
We inspect the quality, accuracy and detail of claims assessments and ensure they meet or exceed the business unit minimum performance standards.
Why we do it
We’re passionate about customer service! Our goal is to contribute to global organizational growth by handling day-to-day claims activities, including claims actions, emails and payments for the following categories: gadgets, furniture, auto, travel, property, marine cargo and more.
How we do it
We interact with customers and outsourced partner teams to resolve claims and process claims payments. We do this by assessing and approving new claims and cases within our authority. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines, policy changes and regulations is key to our success and how we’ve achieved our industry-leading post-claims NPS of +65‡.
